Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using BCC Text, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

BCC Text allows you to send the same message to multiple contacts individually, avoiding group chat threads. The app prepares messages and hands them off to your chosen messaging platform (such as Messages, WhatsApp, or Google Voice) for delivery.

BCC Text does not operate as a carrier or messaging service. We do not transmit, route, or deliver messages ourselves. Delivery depends entirely on the third-party app and carrier you use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use BCC Text. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for the content of every message you send through BCC Text.

You must have permission to contact each recipient. Do not add contacts who have not consented to receive messages from you.

If a recipient asks you to stop messaging them, you must honor that request immediately and permanently.

You agree not to use BCC Text for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, threats, fraud, or distribution of harmful content.

Sending a high volume of similar messages—even to people you know—may cause carriers or recipients to flag your phone number as spam. This is outside our control.

You acknowledge and accept that using BCC Text could result in your phone number being blocked, filtered, or reported by carriers, messaging platforms, or recipients.

We strongly recommend sending messages only to contacts who expect to hear from you and varying your message content when possible.

BCC Text is not responsible for any consequences arising from how carriers, platforms, or recipients treat messages sent using our app.

You may not use BCC Text to send unsolicited commercial messages, advertise products or services to people who have not opted in, or conduct any form of marketing spam.

You may not use the app to impersonate another person or entity, spread false information, or send content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the app, or use automated systems to access or scrape it.

BCC Text and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create and send. By using the app, you grant us no rights to your messages or contacts.

BCC Text is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or messaging platform.

We are not responsible for message delivery failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party apps, carriers, or network conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCC Text and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost messages, blocked phone numbers, reputational harm, or any other losses related to messaging outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BCC Text and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BCC Text at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
